For as long as I can remember I have been fascinated by real estate. I can remember as a small boy getting ice cream right next to my grandmother’s real estate brokerage in Alaska, where the intrigue began. I knew then that whatever I became in life that real estate would be an integral part of my true calling. It wasn’t until college when I got my first taste in real estate as a wholesaler. I thoroughly enjoyed the hunt, finding deals, working with investors, helping people find solutions with every deal, I loved it.
A small background on me: I was born in Palmer, Alaska where the majority of my family still resides. I try to travel home at least once a year with my 2 sons. Beauchamp is of French Canadian decent, hence the Alaska native part. Since Alaska I’ve had the privilege of living in many beautiful parts of the country; Alaska, Florida, Southern California, Michigan, Montana, Minnesota, Oklahoma and now beautiful southern Brazoria County, Texas with my 2 boys, happy as a clam. We have lived here nearly 7 years now and I am delighted to be able to raise my boys in this little pocket of Texas Gulf Coast.
Besides the previously mentioned passion projects, some hobbies my boys and I share are coaching their little league and working with them to become better at whatever they do, building Legos, playing endless hours of Monopoly, and watching all the Marvel and Star Wars movies in sequential order.
